The Galley Workstation's linear layout turns every kitchen into an chef's and entertainer's dream. In a departure from the out-dated working triangle in a kitchen, the length of the basin offers space for two people to work side by side doing different tasks.
In a "triangle" layout, tasks are arranged around the kitchen. The chef moves across the space prop, rinse, cook, and clean up. This results in people simply being in each others way... The phrase "get out of my kitchen!" came from somewhere! Over the Galley workstation moving to the left and right quickly switching tasks, with everything at your fingertips, you can keep everything in the basin, which is easily rinsed down after.
